Send payment to Venmo: @Emily-Engh — add your event date in the note so I can match it. Once it clears, your date is locked. If you would like to pay with a credit card please reach out.
Sending the Payment
After you submit the form, I'll reply within 24 hours confirming your deposit amount — usually half of the total, with the balance due at the event.

The Agreement
Read these before you sign the form below — checking the agreement box means you agree to all of it.
Date Hold
Your date is reserved once the payment clears — not when the form is submitted. Until then, the date remains open.
Cancellation
Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date. Under 48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
Outdoor Events
A shelter, popup tent, or shade is required for all outdoor events to protect the artist and guests.
Overtime
If the event runs past booked time and the artist is available to stay, overtime is $30 per 15 minutes, due on the spot.
Health & Safety
Only professional-grade, skin-safe face paints are used. The artist reserves the right to skip any child who appears unwell.
Breaks & Setup
A 10-minute paid break every 2 hours. Please provide parking near the event location for equipment unloading; any parking fees are billed to the client.
Supervision
Guest behavior and safety is the client's responsibility. An adult must be present to supervise children.
Photos
Photos of painted guests may be shared on Emily's social media or portfolio. Faces of children are only shared with parent permission — tell the artist at the event if you'd rather opt out.
