We've talked and your date is open. Read the booking terms, fill out the form, and send your $100 deposit. That's everything it takes to make it official.

You're booked
Your date is locked once the deposit clears. I'll email you to confirm. The deposit comes off your total, and the balance is due 48 hours before your party.

$100 holds your date.
Pay by Venmo with your party date in the note, or by card through my secure checkout.
Sending the form alone doesn't hold the date. It stays open until the deposit clears.

The agreement
Read these before you sign.
Checking the agreement box in the form means you agree to all of it.
Date hold
Your date is reserved once the deposit clears, not when the form is sent. Until then, the date stays open.
Deposit
$100 by Venmo (@Emily-Engh) or card. It comes off your total and isn't refundable. If you reschedule at least 7 days ahead, it moves to your new date one time.
Balance
Due 48 hours before your party, based on your final guest count or the package minimum, whichever is higher.
Final guest count
Send it 72 hours before your party. Fewer guests after that doesn't lower the price.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 48 hours of your party, the full balance is still owed.
Overtime
If your group wants to keep painting and I'm free to stay, it's $60 per 30 minutes.
Alcohol
The host provides and serves all drinks. If alcohol is served, every guest must be 21 or older. I may end the party early if it becomes unsafe.
Paint and mess
I bring table covers and aprons. Acrylic paint can stain clothes once it dries, so have guests dress for paint.
Space and parking
The host provides tables, chairs, and parking close to the door so I can unload supplies.
Photos
I may photograph the finished paintings. I only post photos of guests with their permission.
