Booking Policies

Cancellation

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel without a $50 cancellation fee.

Outdoor Events

A shelter, popup tent, or shade is required for all outdoor events to protect the entertainer and guests from the elements. If you cannot provide one, we can supply a tent for an additional $50.

Overtime

If your event runs past the booked time and the entertainer is available to stay, overtime is $30 per 15-minute increment.

Health & Safety

We use only professional-grade, skin-safe face paints. The artist reserves the right to skip any child showing signs of illness, cold sores, skin conditions, or open wounds. For safety, we do not paint children under 3.

Breaks

The entertainer takes a 10-minute paid break every 2 hours.

Parking

Please provide parking near the event location for equipment unloading. Any parking fees will be billed to the client.

Supervision

Guest behavior and safety is the client’s responsibility. An adult must be present to supervise children during the performance.
